TECHOHASH HIMS PORTAL

Financial Interface

The financial interface involves posting of Sales and AR from Techohash into the backend system.
 The sales can be posted as individual receipts or can be posted as on consolidated receipt at the end of the day.
 The AR (account receivables) will be posted as individual invoices into the backend system at the end of the day.
 The closure of AR (Credit Settlement) will happen in Techohash and will be posted to the backend system at the end of the day.

The Financial Interface module within Techohash is designed to streamline and enhance the financial operations of healthcare facilities by facilitating the seamless posting of Sales and Accounts Receivable (AR) into the backend accounting system. This integration is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are documented efficiently and transparently. By automating these processes, healthcare organizations can reduce manual errors, save time, and enhance overall financial management, allowing staff to focus on more strategic tasks rather than administrative overhead.

One of the key features of the Financial Interface is its flexibility in handling sales transactions. The system allows sales to be posted either as individual receipts or consolidated receipts at the end of the day, providing organizations with the adaptability to choose the method that best fits their operational needs. Individual receipt posting ensures detailed tracking of each transaction, while consolidated receipts simplify end-of-day processes, making it easier to manage high volumes of sales. This dual approach enhances operational efficiency and allows for better financial visibility, aiding management in making informed decisions.

For Accounts Receivable, the Financial Interface ensures that individual invoices are posted to the backend system at the end of the day, providing an accurate and up-to-date view of outstanding receivables. This feature is particularly important for maintaining healthy cash flow within the organization, as it allows finance teams to track payments and follow up on overdue accounts promptly. By automating this process, Techohash reduces the risk of human error and ensures that all financial data is consistently aligned across systems, enabling more accurate financial forecasting and reporting.

Additionally, the closure of Accounts Receivable through Credit Settlement occurs within the Techohash system and is subsequently posted to the backend system at the end of each day. This integrated approach to AR management not only enhances the accuracy of financial records but also provides a clear view of the organization’s financial health. By ensuring that all settlements are tracked efficiently, healthcare facilities can optimize their revenue cycle management, improve cash flow, and minimize the risk of discrepancies in financial reporting. Overall, the Financial Interface module empowers healthcare organizations to achieve greater financial clarity and control, driving improved operational effectiveness and sustainability.
